Welcome to Keto Queen. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Keto Queen website ([www.keto-queen.com]) (the "Site") and your purchase of any products offered through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Keto Queen ("we", "us", "our") is a health food brand based in Sri Lanka, offering natural, plant-based food and beverage products.

1. Eligibility & Use of the Site

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, any third party.

2. Products

We offer a range of plant-based food and beverage products, including nut milks, nut mixes, and other keto-friendly items. All products are manufactured in Sri Lanka.

We make every effort to display our products, their ingredients, and nutritional information as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in packaging, appearance, or formulation may occur from time to time. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Allergen & Health Notice

Our products contain tree nuts (including almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, and pecans) and may contain traces of other allergens. If you have a nut allergy or any other food allergy, please do not consume our products and consult the ingredient list on each product page and label before purchasing.

Information on this Site — including statements about ingredients, nutrition, or general wellness — is provided for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary changes, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.

4. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

A product is out of stock or discontinued;
There is an error in the product description or pricing;
We are unable to verify payment or delivery information; or
We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund for the cancelled items.

Order confirmation will be sent to the email address or contact number you provide at checkout. A contract between you and Keto Queen is formed only when your order is dispatched.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We strive to ensure all pricing is accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. If a product's correct price is higher than the price displayed at the time of your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver within Sri Lanka. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

As our beverages are perishable food products, please refrigerate them promptly upon receipt where indicated on the label, and consume by the stated best-before date. Unopened bottles have a shelf life of up to one year from the date of manufacture; once opened, products should be refrigerated and consumed promptly.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are food and beverage items, we are unable to accept returns of products for change of mind, for hygiene and food safety reasons.

However, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, expired, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [sales@keto-queen.com / 077 395 1472] with your order number and clear photographs of the affected product and packaging. Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a full refund for the affected items.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period, typically [7–14] business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable Sri Lankan consumer protection law, including the Consumer Affairs Authority Act No. 9 of 2003.

8. Promotions & Discount Codes

Any promotional offers, discount codes, or vouchers are subject to their stated conditions, are valid only for the specified period, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or amended by us at any time. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined.

9. Accounts

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the Keto Queen name, logo, product names, images, text, graphics, packaging designs, and recipes — is the property of Keto Queen or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

11. Wholesale, Distribution & Resale

Products purchased through this Site are for personal consumption only and may not be resold without our written authorization. 12. User Conduct & Reviews

You may have the opportunity to post reviews or comments on the Site. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You agree not to post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise unlawful. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

13. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (including payment gateways and delivery partners). These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or products;
Our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising under Sri Lankan consumer protection legislation.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Keto Queen, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

16. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, in line with applicable law including the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or fuel disruptions, strikes, transport interruptions, or government actions.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order will apply to that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
